Every four hours we automatically poll 16 API platforms, collect models with free access, flag new and removed routes, and compare the value of popular AI subscriptions.
Editorial sections — free software, AI credits, the subscription methodology, and the blog — are checked by hand against official sources.
Methodology
A model counts as free when the provider prices input and output tokens at zero, offers a developer free tier, or publishes an explicit free quota. Every endpoint is stored separately: the same model at different providers has different limits.
Benchmarks come from the public Artificial Analysis leaderboard (Intelligence Index, GPQA Diamond, and more) and are matched to models automatically. If a model is not on their leaderboard, we do not estimate it and show a dash.
